2. Trade Pricing
KwikArc offers buying-group / trade pricing on welding consumables and PPE. Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
3. Orders and Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders over $500 qualify for free freight. Orders under $500 are charged standard shipping, calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because of the safety and hygiene requirements around personal protective equipment and welding consumables, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or installed (including but not limited to gloves, lenses, wire, and abrasive discs).
We will exchange or refund an order only in the following cases:
- The item arrived defective from manufacturing, or
- You received the wrong item due to a KwikArc shipping error.
To request an exchange or refund, contact info@kwikarc.com within 7 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims are refunded or replaced at no cost to you, including return shipping. Claims made after 7 business days, or for reasons outside the above, will not be accepted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KwikArc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased on this site.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of KwikArc or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
