How does KwikArc’s trade pricing work?
KwikArc is a buying group for the welding trade. By pooling demand across our members, we’re able to offer lower, trade-level prices on the consumables, abrasives, and PPE you use every day.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe’s secure checkout.

Is there a minimum order?
There’s no minimum to place an order. Orders over $500 qualify for free freight.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $500 ship free. Orders under $500 have standard shipping calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier; estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?
For shipping outside the U.S., please contact us at info@kwikarc.com to confirm availability.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return a product?
Because of hygiene and safety requirements, we can’t accept returns on opened or used PPE and consumables. See our Terms and Conditions for the full returns policy.

What if my order arrived defective or wrong?
Contact us within 7 business days of delivery at info@kwikarc.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.
